Referrals / Co-Counsel
Our best source of clients is attorneys and firms that know-what-they-don’t-know, and don’t want to become franchise law specialists.
They refer their clients to us for franchise-specific legal advice.
We, in turn, don’t practice business law, form entities, give tax advice, review leases, file trademarks, litigate or advise on anything outside the scope of franchise law.
The referring firm’s relationship with their client continues, uninterrupted by us, with perhaps some new work created by the franchising process.
We are happy to discuss your client and their potential franchise law needs. We are happy to provide references from attorneys that we continue to work with on our (now) mutual clients as their concept grows through franchising.
